I got a warning that the product though I files Itemized Deduction for the last year, even though I imported my last year HR Block return with a standard deduction. Confusing!
Also, every version of this product for the last 10 years ALWAYS prints (including the PDF) the filled in data very light where the printed form itself is dark. Turbo Tax and Tax Act prints the data entry the same as the form; dark.

So I submitted my federal taxes, successfully, got back the refund, and found out that the state tax was lost in the mail when I sent it in. So I attempted to e-file the state tax, but now my ID was expired. It would not let me change my ID to the new temporary one. Said it wouldn't match the federal, also it wouldn't let me leave the ID as the old one, because it said it was expired. So I simply couldn't file the state taxes and it wasn't easy to find any answer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
