I have used the software for several years and it is very good. I had a complex iss it this year and I could not get a hold of a live person to resolve the issue. So that service needs to improve. Luckily I resolved it on my own.

I find the software very easy to use. I've been using H&R software for 12 years now. If you dont keep track of your tax inormation throughout the year though, no software is going to help you.
