I have used H&R Block now for 9 years after a decade with the other guys. They kept nickel & diming you to death so I switched. It was a good move and export the prior information seamlessly. Block has been easy & accurate.

I've been using turbotax since the late 90's. I tried H & R one time, but much of the process was cumbersome. The import from turbotax was flawed and my experience was poor.
Fast forward H & R Block 2023. Import from turbotax was flawless, set-up was a breeze and my finished taxes were transmitted electronically without a hitch. It was great.

I couldn’t file because the software required an update. When I called service to see when the update would happen, I got bad information every time. I’m giving you a 1 because 0 wasn’t an option. Don’t count on me ever purchasing your product again.
