Used H&R Block for decades. Mostly great but one thing remains through the years is that there are always a couple of “possible errors” at the end that are unclear and take a great deal of time to correct or never really understand.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

The servers went down on 14 April until late on 15 April. Impossible to send in tax forms on the last day of tax season. They never gave updates never apologized and never returned any money. Awful company steer clear of them.
