This was my 12 years using H&R Block ans as usual all went well UNTIL filing. The message I received was "Unable To Connect" . It took several attempts (12) and hours until I was able to submit my Federal and State tax returns!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I’ve used H&R software for over 10 years now! The program is easy to use and understand. When I push the send button I am confident that my taxes were done error free!! No rejections or questions! Would not think of switching or not using H&R tax software!!
