I have been using this for many years now and am satisfied with its functionality. Very helpful navigation through all required information in simple question/answer format makes the tax filing a breeze. Its very comprehensive and full of guides / explanation where needed. Imports several tax forms from various banks, organizations etc and automatically puts numbers in appropriate places. Would highly recommend it.

I have used H&R Block software for several years. This year the eFile did not work and I could not reach anyone for assistance. I ended up mailing my return but found out the eFile went through (although software still says eFile failed).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i'll keep on using it as long as it works with windows 7 .... i refuse to buy a new computer just to do my taxes ... irritated though that it took so long to finalize Form 2210; don't know if that was IRS delay or not ...
