mostly easy to use gets the job done , but not thorough enough when you have a question. Find my self going to google for answers. Also got caught in a heath insurance question loop i couldnt get out of and ended having to mail a return in. Couldnt get an answer to get out of it.

Generally, the tax preparation is pretty good. There were a few vague questions that were not explained well enough, leaving them subject to interpretation and requiring separate research. My main complaint is the horrible printing. Regardless of setting print options to fit on page, supporting documents do not print correctly AT ALL.

The only complaint was when the program guided and allowed the me to send a e-file and then providing an error massage stating the program needed to update once again to send the file.

I’ve been satisfied with the HRBlock software for any years now. It’s reasonably easy to use and the help sections are, well, helpful.
One issue I have is with font size in the questionnaire. As one ages it gets more and more difficult to read. I couldn’t get my laptop to make it larger without moving parts of the windows off screen.
