Verified Purchase:Yes
The program did not work, unable to update or load my information to the IRS did not get completed for the IRS update until days/weeks from it should. I had to get a third MAC copying the software and my data to get a IRS data loaded and sent for to government happy for me. The software is the second year in a time for issues like this, so I'm not with H&R as the software for a MAC sucks.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor UI design, unfathomable and counter intuitive explanations of the tax code, and a parasitic middle man that lobbies against a free and fair tax software from the IRS
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
