I am most familiar with filling out the form old way. Your system assumes the user is an idiot and walks through WAY too many questions to arrive at a fairly simple answer.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

My personal taxes are VERY complicated. Without HR Block, I would not know where to start. If I threw everything into a shoebox and handed it to a busy "professional" how could I be sure he did it correctly? Using HRBlock software I feel confident .
