I have been using HR Block from it's onset. I even worked with HR to debug the early version. There is one problem that I think should be addressed and that is when the program is updated the software should identify what version of the software you have. I picked the wrong version and there wasn't an easy fix because of the wrong software version.

Updates causes significant delays in time to file

I have been using H&R Block software for at least 10 years. It is easy to use, and i can normally do my taxes in a short mount of time if I have all the correct statements. This year was problem since I want to file my taxes as early as possible, but I had to keep waiting for updates before I filed. I guess I'll try again next year, but if problem persists, I will switch.
