I have been using this for years. I tried the major competitor 2 years back and I came back to Block. It did miss it on my state return this year by a little. The state made an adjustment and sent me less than H&R had calculated. This was the first time this ever happened; not a deal breaker. Do have a hard time importing docs from financial institution. Worked better in the past.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
