The H&R Block software literally has one job, to file your taxes. The servers went down the day before and the day of tax day. This is completely unacceptable.

Been an H&R Deluxe customer more than 10 years. Easy install and mostly intuitive process for uncomplicated returns. Good for those with standard W2s, 1099s, etc. forms. Like final review and audit features to ensure filing compliance. Also like pdf filing feature.
