Simple to use. Easily organize documents. I also like to copy n paste my 100% correct return, give it a different name and experiment with figures, such as IRA and 401k. Can help for planning for the next year.

Bottom line is it lets me file my moderately difficult (several investment vehicles, no real estate) online mostly without problem. The mostly is because there seems to always be at least one detail that I have to chase down, this year it was something about the income from a REIT I gave.
State portion of it is always pretty terrible, any deviation has you filling out your own state forms (this year, for example, had to figure out on my own if I owed a penalty). But, again, ultimately, I can file my state online which is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
