Why doesn’t program send all filled forms to IRS ?

We have to file 8606 forms every year. Your program fails to send them every year with our returns.

Went to submit federal and state and the system was overloaded. No big deal. When they put a hold on my credit card every time i tried, added up to several hundred $$$, that's a problem.

Switched to H&R Block several years ago when TurboTax tried to pull shrinkflation (remove features, charge the same price). Handled some international bank accounts well, but those are gone now. Could use lower cost electronic filing for state returns, more expansive explanations.
