Everything was pretty easy, except when doing my federal taxes I did pass by where to enter my personal property tax, I had to go back and find where I needed to enter them. It would be cool if the app knew what you entered prior years and would alert you that you missed it
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using it for many years, and it makes it easy to prepare my federal taxes, and then turns it into my State Income Taxes. It pulls in last years filing details, and prompts me for this years numbers. Sometimes, after the accuracy check I get a message to review or fix something that confuses me. Thee is not a mistake, but the checker thinks there is something missing; but I get to a solution and move on.
Wish I didn't have to pay for state e-filing.

I stay with H&R for my software needs because I have learned how to navigate the software so for that reason it works best for me. However there are some nuance and bugs that prevent it from being a streamlined experience.
