I've used H&R Block products for many years and have had a lot of success using each one. This year however, I've had a lot of vision problems due to getting older and now realize that I may have to stop using this product as I'm unable to see the small text and prompts. I hunted all over for a zoom feature but there isn't one. I could change the screen resolution but why would I want to do that for this one product. It would be really helpful if this product had some new accessibility features on the next release.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Lost my computer backup file on my taxes after the program crashed. Printed it out and went to do a final save when program crashed and corrupted my file so that it couldn’t be opened. So now I have a paper copy only.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
