The software is good.... Can't say it is anything better than your competitors. You get the job done. The BIGGEST lacking item in your software is being ADA friendly. Allow me to choose a font that I can read. And at the same time allow the windows to become scrollable so the larger font I need can be applied to support windows.
Also then interview never told me that I might not need to file taxes for my one child. It just allowed me to keep on going through the interview as though she was supposed to file taxes. I think it should have been smart enough to say ... are you sure you really need to file a tax return.

I can’t believe how poorly this program supported claimin the Electric Vehicle Incentives that were so prevalent this year. It didn’t even support the state form critical to the claim even though it did show a zero balance for the credit that couldn’t be changed in the summary. I had to file my state return otherwise or my refund would have been MANY thousands of dollars less.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
