I've used H&R for several yrs. Each year's version is easier to use.
Request: Easier wat to create dummy/scenario return/s to help with RMD & QCD planning. And to calculate potential prepayments to avoid underpayment penalties.

I should be able to make the text larger without pushing important features off the page and it would be easier to read if the text was black rather than grey.
Importing forms is easy but it can be hard to find all the values for the required validations as they are somewhat nested.
Other than these user aggravations I find the tax software works pretty well

I have used the HRB software for years. This year I had some challenges understanding how to complete a couple of new topics I have not had to deal with before. I did not expect to have to spend extra for help with tax questions. I chose to research on IRS sites to get my understanding but it took a lot if time. I do not expect to have these issues going forward.

Every year there are more errors, more delays in getting final forms, and it becomes harder to navigate through the program and enter all the needed information.

While I like the basic software. If you have to buy a second states software that states software costs as much as the original purchase of the deluxe software +state software. That is too expensive in my opinion.
