Program was Buggy and My Code Failed to go through

I have bought H&R block software every year for a decade. This year's version was extremely buggy. Also, my code would not go through to submit my taxes so I had to pay for it. Turbo tax it is next year.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Generally speaking, I like the software, BUT it did not allow for the electronic submission of the New Jersey tax return if there was a K-1 in the return. :( I would recommend this product unless the taxpayer has a K-1

I have used H&R Block software for several years. Importing the previous year’s information is easy and the interview style of completing your taxes is generally clear and intuitive. Occasionally, the program asks a question that requires a lot of research or “guessing” but most are simple. It usually takes me 2 - 3 hours to complete both federal and state programs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
