I usually use turbo and next year will go back to it. I think i lost about 400 in refund because of how your software handles investments. Turbo allows you to log in to the investment app and get detailed transactions
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

I used TurboTax for more than 25 years and thought I'd escape their ever-increasing fees. How could I go wrong with the leader in tax preparation? Reviews were good. I switched. Now I'll switch back. The interface of the H&R Block application is amateurish and unattractive; the help screens are not helpful; an important state form (property tax refund) was prepared but not submitted. I was very disappointed.
