Multiple delays in adding relevant features (such as EV tax credit) importing documents feature breaks for most banks. Navigation through the program is a nightmare. They give you "free" state but them charge for e-filing. So still predatory business model. I don't mind paying for a good product but then I expect not to have my time being held ransom after multiple hours in order to be able to complete it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Turbo tax is better, but state tax e-filing is cheaper, and I like having both programs because I prepare my family's taxes which uses up more than my allotment of free TurboTax free filing, so it saves me money and I can also check my work comparing the two. Unfortunately, they rarely match and it is difficult to tell why.
