Taxes were easy to prepare but I was supposed to get free federal E filing. That's why I bought it. When it came time to file I had to pay to E file. False advertising.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I could not file the state return due to issue that would not be fixed before filing date. Had other issues that no one ever returned my call on tickets submitted.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
