Will never use again after years of being a loyal

I have used this tax program for years and had multiple issues with it that resulted in redoing my taxes 3x plus filing an amended ent. While the tech chat people were friendly they had no real answers other than to either redo or enter again manually. Very disappointed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was sure I was going to have to pay additional taxes this year but thanks to H&R I actually found I was getting a refund.
Perhaps it's my age, but it seems that taxes are getting more complex and the IRS instructions are simply terrible. Thanks to H&R Block for making it far less complex.

I've used the software for a number of years and find it good. My return is a bit complicated so there are some areas that are not fully covered and require direct form inputs. The information in these cases is limited and could be improved.

I have been using this software for as long as I can remember. I have always found it convenient, intuitive and accurate. I have never had any issues with the IRS or state department of revenue. Using the same software annually makes each year's agony easier than the previous.
