Very easy to use. I would make a couple of recommendations.
1. Would allow the font size to be adjusted for those of us getting older.
2. Provide a summary which shows the tax rate applied to each category of income (like Regular, Capital Gains).

Easy to use, but I think the charge to file a state return and for an additional state return is too high. I had some problems last year when filing a return for CA and non-resident of MN. This year I had to send additional documents to IRS and CA to verify my identity.

The product itself worked fine, I've been using it for about 10 years now, it was the posing the returns. I procrastinated till the last day, but when I uploaded my taxes the server was down. Servers were down for about 24 hours, each time I posted it, a hold was put on my CC. Not a deal breaker but it was annoying compared to the good service I've gotten from the program before.
