Bought item on line and downloaded in no time at all. I was hoping that it would download the information from last year's taxes, but I had to input all information. This is the first time that I didn't have an adjustment on my taxes in 5 years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Got all the way tbrough, no flags or errors noted, but when I went to e-file, an error came up and I could not file. The program would not allow me to edit, or delete and replace, the.field. Had to call twice, with long waits, to get a rep who could help.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
