Not as friendly user as Turbo Tax. Very pick and hard to fix problems if taxes are rejected. I’m gong back to Turbo Tax next year.

Product is easy to use, just be patient and follow each step carefully to avoid missing any eligible and legitimate deductions. It's quite a bit easier in subsequent years as the software can preload your history so all you need to do is update the numbers.
