Can’t recover submitted federal return

I submitted and owed. Money has t been taken out of my account yet. My Mac had to be rebooted so I had to reinstall the app. There’s no record of any return. It’s also stupid that the return isn’t populated in my regular HRBlock account.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great program but it offers e files you can't buy

I have used H & R Block software for years. This year my need to e-file more than 5 for the first time. I was surprised when I tried to pay to send the file, it would not let me. They wanted me to buy a new program.
