I have used H&R Block Deluxe for years and find it very easy to use. One difficulty I have is that it is not possible to define QCDs from my IRA when filing electronically but I think that is the IRS's fault, not HRB.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the program because I prepared taxes for HRB for 8 years. I know the quality of the work of the HRB tax preparers. During my time with them I fixed a lot of errors from other companies, including some CPA's. So, I feel very confident that I am getting the best program out there. There is help if you need it, but the program is very user friendly.
