The software has an older interface that results in a less than stellar experience, with often confusing prompts and needless scrolling to advance to the next screen. Oh, and the printing options are, well, stupid.
Still, the core product is their interview and tax creation and thst is solid. I've used some of the other free tools and come back this product.
