I have been sing HR Block for 15 years, easy to use, but this was the first time that the IRS did not agree with the figures that HR Block figures that were submitted
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

It was very difficult to make simple changes to see what that change would do to your bottom line taxes. I ended up having to do it all over again to see how the change would affect my taxes. The review process was also difficult to use.
