The Federal portion is, as always, excellent. The WI portion is improved but could still use some help. I helped some friends to do their own taxes for the first time, using this.

It was easy to use and the process was quick. After e-filing on April 13th, I found my refund was deposited in the bank 12 days later. That’s great service and I did it myself with the help oh H&R Block! Thanks

have used the product over 10 years and have always very satisfied. my only complaint is that this year I had to search for it. I used to receive the disk and then when you stopped sending disk, would receive an email which made setup very easy.

When my e-file was rejected by the IRS, over and over, support told me about a number of manual entries I needed to make on an actual capital gains tax form. I couldn't reliably make the entries and ended up requesting an extension, paying an estimate of what I probably owe and will go to a tax preparer.
