Second year in a row where I had problems with the accuracy feature prior to sending to the IRS. Once you get certain flags it is difficult to clear them.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Was very disappointed because the efile system was down for a long time on APRIL 15! I had to print and mail my return. Then a couple hours later I received notice that my efile was accepted. When I called HRB I got hold of somebody who’d been sleeping. not impressed.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As tax laws become ever more complicated, this software is less helpful. The information in help screens offer less and less actual help. The carryovers are not evident and the software raises more questions than it answers. I have bought this for multiple years, but will try a competitor next year for sure.
