I switched back to H & R Block after a few years of using another software. This software didn't charge any money on the bank end like my previous one did. H & R Block was very accurate and saved me money too. I'll purchase this software next year too. The only issue I had was trying to download it under two users separately. Other than that, I was able to use it for 5 returns under my user name.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I had to file part time residency in MD and Delaware and the program flat out refused to help me process Delaware part time residency but did not tell me that when purchasing the Deluxe package. I ended up paying for the DE after 1 MD was free in hopes it was amistake but instead, it provided no forms and still took my $$ for DE. Bye H&R after 10+ years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Myra Webb did an excellent job on my return. I initially was disstressed as the IRS said the electronic filing system was blocked as my SSN had be used already. Myra fixed the problem and the IRS accepted the return

The program is relatively easy to navigate, but the filing fee for state returns seems excessive, and the GA state return could not be accessed without calling system support for a new download. H&R technical support, though, is excellent.
