After using him for 30 years, our Tax Guy retired. We are in our late fifties with two grown kids out of the house and a relatively straightforward return, so why not just use a tax software and do it ourselves? We selected H&R Block because of its longevity and reputation. Pretty easy. Had difficulty inputing one number but figured out a work around by using the worksheet function. Didn't have a "Parking" option in the drop down for pre-tax expenditures, so had to use "Other." Beyond that, the software was great, was able to file both Federal and State... and received our refunds within a few weeks! Will definately use it again, next year and have already recommended it.
