Everything works easily except for one thing. When going through the final review, it was difficult for me to figure out how to make the recommended corrections. It may be obvious to many people but I had to keep trying different ways till I got it. Other than that they make it very easy to do your taxes.

Fed. Return: The section on Residential Energy Credits simply parrots all the Federal terms and forms. Needs to ask clear questions in plain English as most of the steps do. Specifically, avoid confusion between Residential Energy Credits and Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credits by giving a single list of projects qualifying for either.
Connecticut Return: Block mostly just echos the same confusion that the state forms themselves do. How about adding value by explaining in plain English like most of the Federal sections do?

I bought the subject software for 20+ years and am disapointed. This is the first year in which I have to PAY to submit my single state version. Before; you were allowed one state submission, Mine being MD. But this year, it said that I had to pay to submit my MD return. The help screens and online help did not explain why either.
