....and have always found it thorough, easy and no glitches with updates. I particularly like the itemization features, which streamlines and accurately values things per the IRS. (No audits here!) Frankly, the ONLY issue I have is NOT having the disk option like the "old" days. I recommend this software to all my friends who do their own taxes.

Software is OK and gets the job done but I don't find it easy to use, particularily the state return. I filed my Fed electronically with intent to mail the state, then before 1 May decided to electronic file state. Impossible to figure out how if it is possible.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
