Was not able to use the eFile for our State tax due to the issue with estimated tax payments. Previously it was calculated and no problem with the eFiling. This year it did not work and required a State from N-210 which prevented our eFiling. There was also the glitch at the time when the Federal tax filing was due. System errors which required multiple attempts to get it completed. This year's filing was the worst I have experienced using your software.

The federal return was processed with no problems, but the Massachusetts return has a stupid requirement that takes the info from my medicare insurance response that says I do not have to provide detail and then refuses to allow me to efile because I didn't provide detail. Rediculous and extremely annoying.

Charged me 3 times for my parents taxes and twice for mine. Still no refund on the charges. Have used them for years with no issues but this year was awful.
