This year the system was down and I could NOT submit my returns online. I kept trying to submit and each time received inaccurate messages. This was a huge inconvenience having to go to the post office

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I wish I could say that this product was worth my time, but besides the fact of being able to last years return to upload my information. Not being able to finalize my return to get it in on time the day before 15th without sending through the mail. It was a horrible experience to be honest.
