When I tried to file online, I got one message that said my return was received and then another that said it had NOT been received. To make sure I filed on time I stood in line at the post office to send it by registered mail.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have been using your software for years but this 2023 version has a major flaw in the EIC section. This has resulted in a letter from the irs as well as an incorrect calculation of the taxes
Cons: Hard to prepare

Did not provide guidance for completing form 6781 and requires a review of EVERY single stock transaction even though it is imported, no way to review these transactions as a group, there should be check totals, wasted hours just clicking through stock transaction pages

Bought to e file taxes, tried for 48 hours no luck

I bought to e file. Due to server errors on HRblock side purchase was worthless, had to print and mail. Two days later after 100 errors to file, I get an email saying e file was accepted after I had mailed the return to be ontime. I want a refund as this product was useless and will never recommend again.
