I have been using this product forever and it has never failed me. The 2023 tax season was the first time that there was a hiccup in its use, which they quickly fixed. The transmission of tax returns ran into a problem, but because they fixed it in time for me to file on time, I still give TaxCut 5 stars for all the years of perfect performance and great support.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have issues that items i feel should be included for farm rental that i have to actually go to the irs to find the information on it. My biggest issue, however, was that the e-file had problems and once that issue was resolved, then my payment items stalled so i didn't realize my payment to the irs didn't happen until i was reviewing my cc state me t 3 weeks later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
