The product allowed me to do taxes but since I was unable to upload them, I had to print everything out to file. The system failed to explain that the problem was on your end, causing hours of wasted time attempting to "fix" something on my end.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

charged me for a federal filing even though I was supposed to get up to five free. I think it counted the times it failed to go though on the tax day problem the software had.
