My state taxes were incorrect, but not flagged by your program. You calculated my return to be $2. Oregon's total was a return of $33 dollars. This is probably due to my Federal service exemptions, but Turbo Tax (which would not load for me this year) has never made an error. Also Turbo Tax always automatically totals that Fed exempt tax automatically by asking the simple question "Did you work for the Fed gov at any time during X period?" With yours, I had to search and search to find that part on my own after I finished. In addition, to get ANY returns from the state, I HAD to do the long Fed form, even though it defaults to the simple on FED? It is necessary for Oregon to have the long Fed form. Basically, because of the extremely light text and the problems listed above I probably would not recommend yours.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Great product, just feel a little nickel-and-dimed with fees! Have to pay for the software, which only has one state included, so have to buy a second state because I live in a city that straddles the state border, so its quite common for people to live on one state, but work in the other. Then have to pay to file for each of those states. Just seems like I'm being charged for using this product at every turn when I could just do it the old fashioned way for free!
Pros: Easy to prepare
