The software shows my state return was filed and pending, but it was never submitted. Now the only resolution given to me is that I need to print and mail, which is now late. Zero accountability taken for your software problems.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I have been using H&R Block software annually for more than 20 years (started using it when it was known as "Tax Cut"). I like its features, it is so easy to use, and allows up to five (5) free transmissions to the IRS. I couldn't ask for anything more for its price.

Have been using for many years without issues but code/infrastructure this year had problems posting charges of my State Tax return fee to my credit card causing my provider to reissue the card creating a lot of work for me. Program should have been designed to not post charges until confifirmation of acceptance of State tax return.
