Your online filing system failed on April 14 and April 15th. At the last minute I had to print out my returns and stand in line at the post office! You had one job.... And you failed

This is my third year using H&R Block software, and have been satisfied. This year was disappointing as the error message when trying to transmit lasted for 24 hours. Even with that, I will use the software again.

Download and install took about as long as it did to do my taxes. I don't itemize, just take the standard deduction. With 2 kids and Wisconsin's tax credits, it was simple to put the right numbers in the right spots.

We downloaded the software, completed the taxes and were unable to file electronically due to software issue. Only to find out they were sent without letting me know they were, so were also mailed.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
