Easy to use, plus I don’t have to learn the IRS changes year to year; you do that for me,
The only issue I had was with EFile on your system. For many years I used the same security code to EFile. This year the IRS said I was given a new code to EFile, which I never received.
I had to file our taxes this year by mail.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used the software for several years and find it user-friendly. If I would make one suggestion it would be better if the user could adjust the size of the fonts to improve viewing of the input screens.

What it does it spot on and great. But it isn’t prepared to handle RMD distribution or tax requirements. Instead it refers you to the irs instructions which is no help at all. Basically leaves the customer on their own.
