Bought program on line and took forever to get started. Passwords here and there are confusing.bu once finally logged on, it was easy. Btw, irs sent letter of delay for further review. It passed, and I got my full refund.

Deluxe + State, you still need to pay efile fee to complete your return. The US needs to make filing your taxes easier so we can eliminate these middlemen.
Cons: Hard to import documents
