Interview questions got some things wrong, just "gave up on others and told me I had to manually compute a simple calculation. W2 Import screwed up. Overall a terrible experience. I wish I could get in the IRS direct file program to avoid letting companies make money of this terrible software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife died January 7th 2023. And 2024 I filed for her estate. When I filed our joint income tax filed for 2024 it was rejected four times, I filed using her Social Security number I filed using her EIN number for the estate and was not successful. I ended up printing and filing by mail. The software should provide guidance when filing the joint income tax when a spouse was deceased
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
