State software for Iowa did not work. I entered all my information correctly and it was calculating taxes incorrectly. Tried multiple times to get help but the help people passed me around without solving my problems. Eventually they even closed out my chat without even saying anything. I saved the chats to show how horrible my experience was to others.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
