I’ve used HRB for 5 or 6 years now. It loads easily with being up and running with no hiccups. The layout is ok, not great but ok. There is some in product advertising from Block but no more than what competitors do. The part I don’t like are the explanations links. To get information about a single item requires you to click a link. These linked explanations left much to be desired. Mostly they just bared brushed the topic and rarely if ever provided an answer. Normally they left me with more questions than answers. Luckily I’ve been doing my own taxes for a lot of years and know where to go to get answers.
Pros: Easy to import documents
