Having used this software for many years with no problems, I was dismayed after experiencing a number of issues regarding updates loading properly this year. I lost access to FAQs and advisor functions on software and was unable to access assistance on phone or online. Very disappointed and frustrated with the product.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When you import last year's taxes, you should copy the amounts of annuities, as these do not change from year to year !! It would save me having to look up each one every year.
